Docent Dmytro Gospodaryov took part in 20th European Bioenergetics Conference that was held 25–30 of August 2018 in Budapest, Hungary. Docent Gospodaryov presented poster “Bioenergetic basis for the effects of arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate on lifespan”. The abstract was co-authored by docent Maria Bayliak and 4th grade student Vitaliy Balatsky. The conference was organized by the team of scientists from Semmelweis University governed by Professors Laszlo Tretter and Laszlo Zimanyi. Conference was attended by 409 participants, including two Nobel Prize winners, Sir John Walker and Hartmut Michel. The prominent bioenergeticist from Israel, Etana Padan, was awarded by Peter Mitchell medal this year.
