Professor of the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Halyna Semchyshyn, received the prestigious medal “For Training the Scientific Generation” from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The award was presented during the ceremonial meeting of the Academic Council held in honor of the university’s 85th anniversary .
The “For Training the Scientific Generation” medal is a personal honor recognizing significant individual contributions in mentoring young scientific personnel, establishing or developing leading research schools, active pedagogical engagement, collaboration with graduate and doctoral researchers, effective participation in integrating science and education, and merging teaching duties with research activities.
