On December 12, Associate Professor Dmytro Gospodaryov participated in the workshop of the MetaLab platform held in the innovative center Promprylad.Renovation. Speakers of the workshop were architect Serhii Ilchenko, businesswoman and founder of a sewing industry Viktoriya Ivanova, architect and designer Nazariy Dnes, entrepreneur and founder of Mycelia Tech startup Marta Kondryn. Technologies of sustainable materials’ production were discussed at the workshop. Dmytro told about the features of the kombucha, a symbiotic culture of bacteria and fungi (also known as “tea fungus”), which have been kept at the Department for many years for study and optimization its growth conditions.
